Will Avatar: The Way of Water Stream Online on Disney Plus?
With 20th Century Studios now under the huge umbrella of Disney, the plethora of titles of the studio are now being available to stream on the platform of Disney, Disney Plus, and with Avatar: The Way of Water out in theaters, it’s also possible that it would be arriving soon for streaming online. However, as of the time of writing, there is still no confirmation yet when Avatar: The Way of Water will come out on Disney Plus but there is a high chance that it would be on the streaming platform considering that it is under 20th Century Studios. Currently, titles on Disney Plus appears around after 45 to 60 days following the release of a movie in theaters and with Avatar: The Way of Water coming out December 16, it’s safe to say that the Avatar sequel may come out by February to March 2023.

Avatar: The Way of Water follows a new look of Pandora as it is set a decade after the events of Avatar with a familiar threat to Jake Sully coming back and he has to double his efforts now especially with his new family with Neytiri as their kids, Neteyam, Lo’ak, and Tuk, and their adopted kids, Kiri, and Spider, may be in danger, too. The sequel will also introduce a new faction of the Na’vi, the Metkayina clan, who lives near the reefs and waters of Pandora. James Cameron returns as the director, writer, editor and producer of Avatar: The Way of Water, with Jon Landau as the producer. Avatar: The Way of Water is now showing in theaters worldwide.
