Insidious follows the story of a child who could “astral project” and bring his consciousness to a realm he calls “The Further,” a place where all the threats for an empty body lie on becoming a vessel to something malevolent, someplace like the purgatory. As the child ventures into the said realm, his body went into comatose with spirits eyeing for it to make it their vessel into the physical world. The connection to all films would be Elise, a powerful psychic, with her paranormal investigators, Specs and Tucker. Elise had been in all four films and she goes into “The Further” one too many times that every time she goes there, a new danger ensues. There are four Insidious movies, Chapters 1 to 3, and The Last Key. Check out where to watch all four films!
