The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious follows the story of Yuuri and Lilith. Yuuri is a young, rich boy whose parents died in a car accident. He is now taken care of by his new maid named Lilith. He does not realize that he has fallen for her, so he thinks that all her actions are suspicious without realizing that he is slowly expressing his feelings for her. On the other hand, Lilith is a mysterious maid who had a connection with Yuuri’s family in the past. After knowing what happened to Yuuri’s family, she left her old job to take care of him instead. She enjoys teasing him but ends up being embarrassed whenever he confesses his feelings and attraction for her. There are also other characters that make the series even more interesting, like Tsukasa Gojouin, Yuuri’s classmate who supports the forbidden relationship; Fujisaki, a female butler who knows Lilith from the past; and Natsume Nakashima, a new maid who joins the household. As of February 2022, The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious can be collected in five tankobon volumes. The manga is still ongoing and does not seem to be ending soon.
