When everyone thought the series wouldn’t have a closure, Netflix comes in to save the day and it is perfect that Manifest Season 4 found a new home given the shocking ending of Part 1 and paving way to the huge finale in Part 2. Here is what happened, explained.
The Ending of Manifest Season 4 Part 1 Explained
All it takes is one thing to change everything and that proves to be true in Manifest Season 4 Part 1 as everyone’s lives turns around and changes as soon as the revelations come sweeping them closer to the truth about what exactly happened to them. The villain of Manifest Season 4 Part 1 is still Angelina. It is revealed that she took from Eagan the Omega Sapphire to conjure fake Callings and get them to manipulate each other which is a torture to most, like to Ben, who kept having visions of Grace after her death. Through the Callings that Angelina made on Ben, she tricks him to go to the graveyard where Grace is buried to get Eden but of course, Eden wants to stay with her father, Ben. Thus, Angelina goes spiraling into more sinister measures.

At her old school, Angelina brings the Omega Sapphire there where she holds hostages and calls Cal because she believes that Cal is the dragon that will be stopping her, an angel in her own volition. However, Cal is too strong, internally, thus, he destroys the Omega Sapphire. This causes the school to go to a collapse and Angelina gets her hand dipped into the lava remains of the Omega Sapphire which consumed her. As for Cal, Zeke thinks that Cal could be the last hope of the passengers of Flight 828 to stop the Death Date from actually happening. However, Cal is dying. Zeke knows he has to do the ultimate sacrifice: take away the pain of Cal to let him be the savior of the others. Through this, Cal’s cancer was also cured. On the other side of things, one betrayal shocked everyone else, even the viewers: Dr. Gupta led the government to the secret base of Saanvi and Vance. She was an ally in Season 3 but it turns out, the closest people are the ones who has the most painful betrayal. Dr. Gupta reveals that she did it because the passengers weren’t able to get the Omega Sapphire from Angelina, thus, things are getting out of hand, she thought it’d be best to have the government intervene. This could be a challenge to the research on what actually happened to Flight 828. Oh, and back to Angelina, well, she comes out stronger, powered by the Omega Sapphire and who stops her? Cal is now a hundred percent and he is fully determined to stop Angelina, perfectly setting up their face off in Manifest Season 4 Part 2! Manifest Season 4 Part 1 is now streaming on Netflix.
