The Korean Business Research Institute released the result of the brand reputation rankings for the month of October 2022. It analyzed the data collected from September 3 to October 3, which was recorded through the information collected in media coverage indexes, viewer interaction, and consumer participation, among others. Out of 50 popular movie stars, Lee Jung Jae scored the top spot after scoring a brand reputation index of 19,269,266. The actor managed to reach the spot due to the high-ranking keywords associated with his name, including Emmy Award, Hunt, and Squid Game. Meanwhile, Ahn Sung Ki, Jo Woo Jin, Son Suk Ku, Jin Sun Kyu, Son Ye Jin, Hwang Jung Min, and Jung Woo Sung completed the top 10. Park Ji Hwan, Wi Ha Joon, Song Joong Ki, Seo In Guk, Yoo Hae Jin, Kim Hye Soo, Lee Yi Kyung, Park Seo Joon, Park Hae Il, and Lee Byunghoon ranked 11th to 20th.
New Milestone for Lee Jung Jae
The new record came after news outlets, including Forbes, confirmed that Lee Jung Jae had been tapped to appear in the Disney+ series, Star Wars: The Acolyte. The series will explore the story of the New Republic era’s final days, leading to the emergence of the dark powers. Lee Jung Jae’s role has not been confirmed yet. But he joined the other confirmed cast members like Amandla Stenberg and Jodie Turner-Smith.
