What Happened Before Parallel World Pharmacy Episode 4?
In Parallel World Pharmacy Episode 3, The Chief Royal Pharmacian and the Reincarnated Pharmacologist, Empress Elizabeth’s condition is already worsening and would soon be fatal so Pharma secretly utilizes his Divine Eye where he gave him a diagnosis of the White Death, more popularly known as tuberculosis. Pharma ignores Bruno’s anger and he makes his own drugs to cure Empress Elizabeth despite Bruno’s claims there would be no cure for it. Pharma tells Bruno that he also has the same disease but is still in the early stages. When Bruno attacks Pharma, Pharma protects himself with an ice wall which made him show his powers to Bruno who realizes he is not the same son he knew. With a pocket microscope, Pharma explains to them the bacteria that Elizabeth is suffering from. Elizabeth is convinced and she agrees to undergo Pharma’s medicine for six months. Upon arriving home, Bruno feels as if he failed as a parent. Pharma tells Burno that he still needs to learn despite having powers.
