In a post on Twitter, the actor gave a full look at the key art of his upcoming series, bearing its official title. Called Daryl Dixon, the title is overlaid on a green and scratched-torn image of the Eiffel Tower. This just proves the show will be set in Paris. A potential new series centering on Daryl was announced in September 2020. It was supposed to follow the story of Daryl and Carol (Melissa McBride), only that the latter stepped out of the project after learning the filming would be set in Europe. McBride reasoned she couldn’t film that far away from home for so long. From there, the show was changed to entirely focus on Daryl alone.
