A recent report from The Illuminerdi revealed some alleged plot details on Agatha: Coven of Chaos where they claimed that the series will be set again in Westview just like in WandaVision and picked up the events where the previous series left off. According to them, Agatha will be freed from Wanda’s spell (where she is acting in a sitcom-type of persona) at the end of WandaVision thanks to a new Coven of Witches led by Aubrey Plaza’s mysterious character.
In addition, they also reported that Billy will return to the series. However, this time around, he won’t be played by Julian Hillard since he will be portrayed as a teen who may be attending a school in Westview. He will also become a person of interest for the new Coven of Witches due to unknown reasons. For the past couple of weeks, a lot of fans have been speculating that Joe Locke was cast to play an older Billy in the series who may end up becoming the Wiccan in the MCU. In case you’re not familiar with the comic origins, Wiccan is a member of the Young Avengers who is also known as Billy Kaplan. With this new alleged information about the series, it sounds like they are likely to be setting up Billy to become the superhero alias Wiccan and that could be the reason why he is the person of interest amongst the Coven of Witches. Obviously, we are only speculating at this point, and let’s just wait and see whether this theory will end up happening.
