Moon Ga Young
One of the interesting facts about Moon Ga Young is that her first language is not Korean but German. The True Beauty star was born and raised in Karlsruhe, Germany spent the early years of her life in Europe, and moved back to South Korea along with her family when she was 10. During the 7th Asian Film Awards, she showed off her communication skills and stunned the audience with her fluent Mandarin as if she was a native speaker. Moreover, her ability to communicate in Mandarin might be a huge factor in why the actress has a huge fan base in China.
Seo Ye Ji
Although Seo Ye Ji was born and raised in South Korea, she decided to study journalism in Spain at the Complutense University in Madrid. For three years in a foreign country, she was able to learn and speak Spanish fluently. In one interview, the actress revealed that she is fascinated with Spanish as it compliments her deep sultry voice plus, the accent sounds sexy. Interestingly, in her K-drama comeback Eve viewers get to see Seo Ye Ji speak Spanish as her character once lived in Spain.
Lee Seung Gi
The triple threat has a large fan base not just in South Korea but also in Japan. In 2011, Lee Seung Gi had his first Japanese debut and signed under a renowned local agency called Amuse. Interestingly, a previous report cited that Lee Seung Gi is more proficient in Japanese and can almost speak like a native than English.
