After the conclusion of the duel between Suletta and Guel, Suletta was arrested, and her Aerial was taken away because the authorities believed it to be a Gundam. Miorine tried to intervene but was unable to stop the arrest. During the interrogation, Suletta maintained that her Mobile Suit is Aerial, and she doesn’t know about it being a Gundam. Meanwhile, Elan Ceres seemed to develop an interest in Suletta after he witnessed her duel against Guel. Elsewhere, Nika and her friends are being bullied by Spacian students because they are from Earth. At the same time, Delling Rembran took charge of the recent duel mess. He was worried that Aerial was a Gundam and that it was a violation of the Cathedra Agreement. Delling summoned the Shin Sei Development Corporation that manufactured Aerial for a hearing. Back at the academy, Miorine received a cold message from her father about ceasing the duels and personally taking over the charge to find a suitable groom for her. Miorine was furious and later ran into one of the people from the group that was trying to help her escape to Earth. Meanwhile, Delling and the rest of the Benerit Group gathered for the hearing. Lady Prospera, the representative from Shin Sei, was addressing the hearing council and defending her company. Lady Prospera clarified that Aerial was built using Mercury’s latest drone technology and that it is not a Gundam. Delling and the others were not convinced, so Delling declared that Aerial must be destroyed. Suddenly, Miorine barged inside the hearing auditorium to confront her father. Furious at Delling for controlling every aspect of her life, she went on to challenge him to a duel. If Miorine’s team wins, Suletta will be her fiancé, but if Delling wins, Miorine will follow his rules and regulations. In the meantime, Vim Jeturk stated that Aerial might be able to help Benerit Group revive its declining market dominance. With the group divided about Aerial’s fate, Delling accepted Miorine’s challenge. Toward the end of the episode, Miorine rushed to Suletta and informed her about the next duel. Miorine told Suletta that she must win the duel or else, she will be expelled from the academy and Aerial will be destroyed.
