Speaking of The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker, while fans are currently enjoying Lucasfilm’s Disney+ offerings, a lot of them are still looking forward to the franchise’s next big screen outing. In case you didn’t know, there are a number of untitled films the production company has been developing over the last couple of years which will be overseen by the likes of Taika Waititi, Rian Johnson, J. D. Dillard, Damon Lindelof, and even Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige.So far, the only project confirmed for a theatrical release is Patty Jenkins’ Rogue Squadron although details about the film have remained scarce. Now, with D23 Expo expected to feature major announcements from a galaxy far, far away, fans are anticipating what Lucasfilm has up its sleeve but according to a new report, nothing film-related will be announced during the event.According to Puck News’ Matt Belloni (via The Direct), Kathleen Kennedy isn’t expected to drop details surrounding Star Wars’ next film.
