It’s been four years since the anime series ended its run with the conclusion of the Tournament of Power, but there’s still plenty of material from the ongoing manga that’s left to adapt, including the Galactic Patrol Prisoner and the Granolah the Survivor arcs. The April Fool’s Day prank had fans believing that the anime TV show is set to return next year to follow the story of Goku and Vegeta’s conflict with the powerful energy-absorbing criminal-sorcerer, Moro If you haven’t caught up with the manga, the story of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc begins after the Tournament of Power, and the Z-Fighters find themselves facing off with an energy-absorbing wizard that’s seeking to absorb entire planets into his being. Over on Twitter, user DBS Chronicles posted a hilarious rumor claiming that Dragon Ball Super’s anime series is set to return with an adaptation of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc. Fans have been waiting for Toei Animation to announce the return of the anime following the show’s long hiatus, but sadly, this is just an April’s Fool Joke.
Despite this post turning out to be a joke, fans are still hopeful that Toei Animation will renew the anime series for a new season. Hopefully, the studio will announce a new season soon.
Does Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero take place before or after the Moro Arc?
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was revealed to be a direct sequel to Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, but fans have been wondering if it will take place before or after the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga.
