POSSIBLE HOUSE OF THE DRAGON SEASON 2 SPOILERS ARE BELOW, PROCEED WITH CAUTION! In Fire and Blood, Daemon Targaryen decides to take revenge on the Greens for the murder of Lucerys Velaryon. He somehow enlists the duo simply known as Blood and Cheese who are self-proclaimed “debt collectors.” The two sneak into the Red Keep and hold Queen Helaena Targaryen hostage along with her mother Alicent Hightower and her three young children. The men then force the young queen to make a terrible decision.
Although there are numerous brutal acts throughout the Dance of the Dragons, fans agree that what Blood and Cheese have done was truly terrifying because of its innocent victims. And because of that, House of the Dragon Season 2 is ready to adapt the terrifying crime. “We are currently writing the finale of Season 2,” Sara Hess told Variety. She then confirmed that the writers’ room had already begun work on the on-screen version of the infamous Blood and Cheese storyline. “I don’t think you will be disappointed,” she teased. We’re not sure if we should be happy or sad about the confirmation but it’s certainly going to be something to look forward to next year. House of the Dragon Season 2 has already been given the greenlight. However, it has not yet been revealed when the new season will start filming.
