Speaking with BBC Radio 1 film critic Ali Plumb for his return as Sherlock Holmes in Enola Holmes 2, Cavill also manages to bring up how Plumb was able to encourage him to watch the Netflix series. Check out Cavill’s full story below:
The actor continues to tell how he stayed up all night watching it, even convincing his wife Natalie to come join him in finishing the series, which of course, she obliged to, as she seemed to have enjoyed watching it, too!

Arcane broke the curse of video game adaptations, not only with winning four Emmy awards, one of them being Outstanding Animated Program, which was the first time a Netflix project received an Emmy for animation, but it also depicts a different standard in animation style and storytelling, similar to the likes of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and The Mitchells vs. The Machines.
