One aspect of Endgame that has consistently been the subject of discourse by fans is the inclusion of the all-female scene which saw characters like Scarlet Witch, Captain Marvel, Valkyrie, Shuri, Gamora, Nebula, and Mantis, among others teaming up to battle Thanos’ army. While the scene was epic in its own right, a lot of people thought it was unnecessary and felt completely forced. Now, one of the actors involved in the said sequence is opening up about possibly doing an all-female film down the line.In a recent interview with CinePop (via Comic Book Movie), MCU star Evangeline Lilly expressed her desire to see the project come to fruition despite the polarizing reception the Endgame sequence ended up getting. The Wasp actress said: “Yes! I would like to be on it.“She also reflected on the controversial scene, calling it the “most special day” she’s ever had as a Marvel actor. “That day that we did the scene in Endgame where it was just us women was the most special day I’ve ever had.
