Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero may have ended its run in North America a few weeks ago, but the film is still brining more profits at the box office in other regions. As the film is getting ready to arrive in theaters in China, Toei Animation is promoting the film with a giant statue of the movie’s protagonist, Son Gohan. As you can see in the image shared by Redditor InCreatioN, the statue in spotted in Hong Kong features Gohan’s iconic look with the purple gi, as he appears in the movie.
It would be cool to see a statue of Gohan in his Beast Gohan form, but since that would be a huge spoiler to fans who haven’t seen the film, it’s understandable why they decided to create a statue of his base form. Below the statue, you can see Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero’s familiar promotional artwork featuring the film’s key characters, including Son Gohan, Piccolo, Pan, Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, Krillin, Goten, Trunks, Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and the other remaining members of the Red Ribbon Army. The synopsis for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero reads: The Dragon Ball Super manga series by Toyotarou and Akira Toriyama is expected to kick off a new arc soon, but there’s still no word on when Chapter 88 will be released.
