It took 13 years before the sequel finally happens and the time has now been cut down into 100 days as Avatar: The Way of Water starts the countdown for the release of the film in theaters as an early Christmas treat.

Get ready to come back to Pandora and experience the much-awaited sequel with Avatar: The Way of Water as it jumps in time where Jake and Neytiri builds a family and with a new threat, they will be doing everything they can for the safety and survival of their family.

Avatar: The Way of Water will feature the children of Jake and Neytiri Neteyam, Lo’ak, and Tuktirey, and their adopted kids, Spider, a human, and Kiri, a teenage Na’vi.

Sam Worthington will reprise his role Jake Sully and Zoe Saldana will be back as Neytiri. Sigourney Weaver comes back for a new role as Kiri, Stephen Lang suits up as Colones Miles Quaritch, Kate Winslet plays Ronal, and Cliff Curtis Portrays Tonowari.

Other Na’vi characters include CCH Pounder as Mo’at, Jamie Flatters as Neteyam, Britain Dalton as Lo’ak, Trinity Bliss as Tuktirey, Filip Geljo as Aonung, Duane Evans Jr. as Rotxo, and Bailey Bass as Tsireya. Vin Diesel and CJ Jones joins the cast in mystery roles.

Humans in the sequel are Jack Champion as Spider, Michelle Yeoh as Dr. Karina Mogue, Brendan Cowell as Captain Mick Scoresby, Dileep Rao as Dr. Max Patel, Edie Falco as General Ardmore, Jermaine Clement as Dr. Ian Garvin, Joel David Moore as Dr. Norm Spellman, and Giovanni Ribisi as Parker Selfridge.

The wait is soon to be over as there are only 100 days left before Avatar: The Way of Water premieres in theaters on December 16, 2022.
